Record each employee's daily clock-in/out times — the basis for payroll.

Add an attendance entry

  1. Click Add attendance (top right) to open the dialog.
  2. Pick an employee (the dropdown lists active employees only; terminated staff are excluded).
  3. Fill in clock-in/out times and break minutes, then Save.

Terminated employees can't get new attendance entries, but their history stays viewable in the list.
