Supplies Mgmt

Manage non-ingredient operating supplies (packaging, cleaning, stationery, etc.): keep the item catalog, set a supplier and a minimum stock level, and the list flags anything running low.

Add a supply

  1. Click Add Supply (top right) to open the dialog.
  2. Fill in the Name (required) and Unit (defaults to "個"), and pick a Category (you can leave it Uncategorized).
  3. Expand More details (optional) to set Min Stock, Default Unit Price, Supplier and Note, then Save.

Stock and low-stock alerts

  1. The Current Stock column shows each supply's on-hand quantity.
  2. Set Min Stock in the add/edit dialog as the alert threshold.
  3. When current stock drops below min stock, the row turns red and shows a Low stock badge.

Current Stock is read-only on this page — the add/edit form only sets the Min Stock threshold; it doesn't adjust the on-hand quantity here.

Edit and archive

  1. Click Edit on a row to change an item's details.
  2. Click Archive to move a no-longer-used supply out of the list (a soft delete, not permanent).
  3. Tick Show archived at the top to see archived items (marked Archived); to restore one, edit it and uncheck Archived.

Archive requires Manager permission.
