Configure your own screen auto-lock and unlock PIN. These settings apply to your account only — they don't affect other staff.

Auto-lock screen

1. Turn on Auto-lock when idle; the screen covers itself automatically when you step away so others can't see it.
2. Under Lock after idle for, pick a duration (1 / 5 / 10 / 15 / 30 minutes).
3. To leave your seat right now, click Lock now to lock the screen instantly.

The toggle and duration save automatically the moment you change them (you'll see "Updated") — there's no separate save button.

Unlock PIN

The PIN is a 6-digit number used only to lift the lock screen — it is not your login password.

1. Click Set PIN to open the dialog.
2. Enter your Current password to verify it's you.
3. Type a New 6-digit PIN, repeat the same digits under Re-enter PIN, then Save.

Once set, this section shows 6-digit PIN is set; use Change to pick a new one or Remove to go back to unlocking with your password.

After 5 wrong PIN tries you'll be signed out. Without a PIN, the lock screen is unlocked with your account password instead.

Devices & sign-ins

Devices & sign-ins lists every device currently signed in to your account. Each row shows the device (browser / OS), IP address, Last active time, and when it Signed in. The one you're on is tagged This device.

1. Scan the list; if you don't recognize a device, click Sign out on that row. After you confirm, that device has to sign in again next time.
2. To clear everything at once, click Sign out all other devices at the top right of the section — only your current device stays signed in.

When yours is the only active session you'll see "This is the only device currently signed in." and the sign-out-others button is hidden. If you suspect your password leaked, change the password first, then sign out all other devices.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

With 2FA on, signing in takes your password plus a 6-digit rotating code from an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator).

1. In the Two-factor authentication section, click Enable.
2. Enter your Current password to confirm it's you, then click Continue.
3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app. Can't scan? Use the key shown under Can't scan? Enter this key manually to add the account by hand.
4. Type the 6-digit code from the app, then click Verify & enable.
5. A set of backup codes appears once. Click Copy backup codes, store them somewhere safe, then click Done.

Once enabled, the section shows Two-factor authentication is on plus two extra buttons:

• Regenerate backup codes — enter your password to get a fresh set; all previous backup codes stop working immediately.
• Disable — enter your password to confirm and remove two-factor authentication.

Backup codes are shown only once and each one works a single time. At the code step on the login page you can click Use a backup code to sign in when you no longer have your authenticator. Lose both the backup codes and the authenticator and you're locked out of the account — save them before you finish setup. Too many wrong codes in a row temporarily locks verification; wait a while and try again.
