Dashboard
The first page after login. It condenses your store's current status into cards — today's numbers, this month's overview, to-dos and sync status — and acts as a jumping-off point to other features. Most cards just display figures; several link straight to the relevant page.
12Layout: realtime panel + monthly main area
The page has two zones, each holding a different kind of card:
- Left realtime panel (top of screen on mobile): "right now" numbers like today and this week — always current, unaffected by the month selector. Use the arrow to Collapse / Expand it.
- Right monthly main area: follows the month you pick. The Month overview header shows the year-month; use ‹ › for Previous month / Next month, or This month to jump back to the current month.
Cards in the realtime panel
- Today's KPI: today's Revenue / Expense / Net income.
- Sync Status: time and order count of the last delivery-platform sync; an expired login shows a red alert — click Go to open the sync page.
- To-do list: quotations about to expire, equipment overdue for maintenance, and days not yet recorded — click any item to jump straight to that page.
- This week: this week vs last week revenue / expense / net income (hidden by default; add it in edit mode).
Cards in the monthly main area
- Calendar: each day's bookkeeping status for the month; unrecorded days are flagged (shows "{n} day(s) not recorded"). Click a day to jump to that day's bookkeeping.
- Monthly summary: this month's revenue / expense / net income, the change vs last month, and top expenses.
- Expense share of revenue: how much of every 100 in revenue each expense category eats up.
- Top 3 material price changes: the three materials whose purchase price moved most this month; click through for material details.
Customize the layout
- Click Edit (top right) to enter edit mode.
- Drag the ⋮⋮ Drag handle on the top-left of a card to reorder; click ✕ (Hide) to remove cards you don't want.
- To bring a card back, pick it from Add realtime widget (sidebar) or Add monthly widget (main area).
- Click Done to save, or Cancel to discard.
The layout is per account: your card arrangement is stored on your own account and doesn't change what coworkers see. Realtime and monthly cards can't swap zones either.
Card figures are visible to all staff, managers and owners — the dashboard doesn't mask amounts. The Refresh button (top right) pulls the latest numbers on demand (delivery sync also runs automatically on a schedule).
Quick search (⌘K)
Rather than digging through the sidebar, jump straight to what you need.
- Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) to open the search box. You can also click the Search… button in the sidebar, or the magnifier at the top right of the header on mobile.
- Type to filter instantly. With 2 or more characters it also searches your store data: employees, customers, suppliers, products, materials, equipment, and quotations (up to 5 hits per type).
- Use ↑ ↓ to move, Enter to go, Esc to close — or just click a result.
Other handy keys (they only work when your cursor isn't in an input field):
- ? — open the Keyboard shortcuts reference.
- g then a second key (within 1 second) to navigate: g h Home, g f Finance overview, g l Transactions, g s Schedules, g a Attendance, g e Employees, g p POS orders, g q Quotes.
- n — create a new record on list pages that support it; / — focus that page's search box.
Results cover the store you currently have selected only, so search again after switching stores. Sensitive fields such as pay are never returned in search results. The POS tablet page (
/pos) and the lock screen ignore these shortcuts.
Notification bell
The bell next to the current store in the sidebar (top right of the header on mobile) is the in-app inbox. A red count appears when you have unread items; open it to see daily-unclosed, recurring-expense, schedule-published and credential-expiry notifications, click one to jump to the relevant page, and use Mark all read to clear the count. To choose which events also get pushed to LINE / Email, see Notifications.
Install on your phone (PWA)
StoreOps can be added to your home screen like an app — no address bar, and faster to switch to.
- Android / Chrome: open the site, then pick Install app or Add to Home screen from the ⋮ menu.
- iPhone / Safari: tap the Share icon, then scroll to Add to Home Screen.
- Desktop Chrome / Edge: click the install icon at the right of the address bar.
- Launch it from the StoreOps icon afterwards; you'll still sign in the first time.
Data is always fetched live from the server — there is no offline bookkeeping. When you lose connection a banner reads "⚠ You are offline; some features may be unavailable", and navigating while offline shows the You're offline page. Once you're back online, click Reload to continue to the page you wanted.
