Customers

Keep your customer list — name, phone, tax ID, address and more. Use the search box to find by name, phone, email or contact. When you create a quote you pick a customer from here.

Add a customer

  1. On the Customers page, click Add (top right) to open the Add Customer dialog.
  2. Fill in Name (required) and Phone.
  3. Expand More details (optional) to add Address, Tax ID, Contact, Contact Phone, Email and Note.
  4. Click Create to save.

Without a Name you'll see "Customer name is required" and can't create the record.

Edit a customer

  1. Click any customer in the list to open its detail page.
  2. Click Edit (top right), change the fields inline, then Save.

Delete a customer

  1. On the customer detail page, click Delete (top right) and confirm.

Deleting a customer requires Manager permission.

A customer that already has quotes can't be deleted — resolve the related quotes first.

In Quote Management, when you create a quote you pick a customer from here; the quote snapshots the customer's details at that moment (name, phone, address, tax ID, contact), so editing the customer later won't change quotes you've already issued.
